🔑 1. Introduction

9xgo.com is an online marketplace that connects buyers with Sellers for goods, services, and leads. 9xgo acts only as a digital facilitator and does not itself provide most third-party products or services. All billing, invoicing and payments on the platform are processed under:

🧾 2. Account & Verification

• Sellers must register with accurate and up-to-date information and complete any KYC/verification required by 9xgo.
• 9xgo reserves the right to request identity, business, or tax documents and to suspend accounts that fail verification.
• Any false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate suspension or termination.

📤 3. Lead Distribution & Delivery

9xgo provides leads to Sellers as part of a lead marketplace model. Important points:

• Leads may be shared with multiple Sellers; 9xgo does not guarantee exclusivity or conversion.
• Lead quality, responsiveness of the buyer, and final sale are outside 9xgo’s direct control.
• Sellers are responsible for timely follow-up and professional conduct when contacting leads.
• 9xgo may modify lead distribution logic, pricing, and cadence at its discretion.

💰 4. Coin & Lead Purchases

• Coins, credits, and lead packages are digital products and become non-refundable once credited or delivered to the Seller’s account.
• All purchases are final except where 9xgo determines, at its sole discretion, that delivery failed due to a verified technical error.
• Pricing, coin slabs, discounts, and promotional offers can be changed by 9xgo without prior notice.

💼 5. Conduct & Communication

• Sellers must not misuse leads for spam, harassment, or unlawful contact. Violation will result in immediate suspension.
• Sellers must be honest and professional in all communications and respect buyer privacy.
• Automated messaging or bulk outreach that violates local laws or platform rules is prohibited.

📜 6. Listing & Product Authenticity

• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their listings, descriptions, images, and claims.
• Any counterfeit, prohibited, or misrepresented product or service will be removed and the Seller may be permanently banned.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, certifications, and industry standards for the products or services they offer.

💳 7. Payment Terms & Billing

• All payments processed through 9xgo are billed and invoiced in the name of Umar Zone Infotech Private Limited.
• Sellers are responsible for any fees, taxes, or duties applicable to their sales and must maintain accurate tax records.
• 9xgo may withhold funds, suspend payouts, or place holds in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or disputes.

🛠️ 8. Dispute Resolution

9xgo acts as a facilitator only. In case of a dispute between a Buyer and a Seller:

• Sellers must attempt to resolve disputes directly with Buyers in a professional manner.
• 9xgo may provide limited assistance, documentation, or mediation but is not liable for the outcome of any transaction between Sellers and Buyers.
• 9xgo reserves the right to temporarily suspend account access while investigating legitimate complaints.

⚖️ 9. Suspension, Termination & Penalties

• 9xgo may suspend, limit, or terminate a Seller account at any time for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.
• Repeated violations can result in permanent removal and forfeiture of unused credits or coins.
• 9xgo may charge penalties or recover losses caused by Seller misconduct, including legal or collection costs.

🔒 10. Data & Privacy

Sellers must handle buyer data responsibly and in accordance with 9xgo’s Privacy Policy. Any misuse of personal data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

📣 11. Promotional & Advertising Rules

• Sellers must not run misleading ads or manipulate reviews. Paid promotions must be clearly disclosed when required by law.
• 9xgo may remove promotional content that violates platform policies or applicable regulations.

🛡️ 12. Indemnity & Liability

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Umar Zone Infotech Private Limited, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense arising from Seller's violation of this Policy, any applicable law, or Seller’s offerings. 9xgo provides the platform "as is" and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
