- Once a digital product, coin package, subscription, or advertising service is activated, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable for purchased coins, ad credits, or featured listing plans once credited to a user’s account.
- Refunds may only be considered if the payment was successfully processed but the product or service was not delivered due to a verified technical error on our servers.
- Any refund, if approved, will be issued solely at the discretion of Umar Zone Infotech Private Limited after internal review.
📦 Refunds for Physical Goods (If Applicable)
- Physical items sold by independent vendors are governed by the respective vendor’s return or exchange policy.
- i2OK.com acts only as an intermediary marketplace and is not directly responsible for product packaging, shipping, or damage during transit.
- Requests for refund or replacement of physical goods must be submitted to the seller within 48 hours of receiving the product.

- Orders for digital goods, coin packages, and paid advertisements cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
- For physical products, cancellation is permitted only if the seller has not yet dispatched the order.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original mode of payment. Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control and may extend the timeline slightly.
